About David Davidson, Jr.
David Davidson, Jr. is Co-Founder and Partner of Davidson Bogel Real Estate, LLC a leading land investment advisory group and brokerage firm headquartered in Dallas, TX. David specializes in land sales, acquisitions, and ground up developments throughout North Texas and several select markets across the state. In his career he has been involved in transactions with an aggregate value of over $3.5 Billion.
David serves as the President of the North Texas Land Council, Advisory Board of Evergreen Company, Building and Grounds Committee for the Episcopal School of Dallas, and a member of the Urban Land Institute Community Development Council.
As one of the most consistently recognized top brokers in the region, David has received the D CEO Power Broker award, Best Land Deal award, Best Data Center Project, and Broker of the Year finalist. He has made the D Magazine Dallas 500 list, celebrating the most influential business leaders in North Texas. Furthermore, the Dallas Business Journal has honored him with Top Land Transactions Broker of the Year, the Best Land Deal, Best Commercial Property Sale, Best Real Estate Deal, and Best Data Center distinctions. Born and raised in Dallas, David graduated Highschool from the Episcopal School of Dallas and college from Southern Methodist University. Beyond his professional endeavors, David enjoys traveling with his wife, Kelsey, and their two children, son, Council, and daughter, McCall.
