About Sarah Lamb

Sarah Lamb serves as Director of Urban Retail for Davidson Bogel Real Estate. Prior to joining DB2RE, Sarah was Vice President of Brokerage at The Retail Connection.  Sarah has specialized in leasing and selling high-profile urban core real estate, tenant representation, and project leasing. Some of her notable transactions include selling the former Luby’s restaurant on E. Mockingbird Lane in Dallas and representing Goodwins in the historic Blue Goose Cantina space on Lower Greenville Ave.  She has also collaborated nationally with JCPenney (“JCP”), assessing their excess real estate for development opportunities. Her work with JCP has earned her multiple high-profile listings with stores across the State of Texas. Sarah graduated from San Francisco State University with a business degree. Outside of CRE, Sarah is heavily involved in local politics. She was the 2022 Republican nominee for Texas House District 114 and ran for Dallas City Council, District- 9, in May of 2019. That same year, she was also appointed as a Board Member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Dallas.

Sarah also volunteers her time to several organizations. She currently serves as the 2nd Vice President of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Development Committee for Bryan’s House, a wonderful local non-profit organization whose mission is to change the trajectory of our most vulnerable children. She is also actively involved in Deals in Heels, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities [ICSC], and The Real Estate Council [TREC]. Sarah serves on TREC’s Public Policy Committee, PAC Board as Board Secretary, and ALC Class of 2022. In 2023, Sarah was appointed by Governor Abbott to the TSBDE as a public member for a six-year term and is part of the American Enterprise Institute [AEI] for Public Policy’s Leadership Cohort.

When she’s not making a difference in her community, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and two wonderful children, Henry and Poppy.
