About Cameron Deptula

Cameron Deptula leads Investment Sales and specializes in the disposition/acquisition of triple-net and multi-tenant retail assets and covered & industrial land plays.

Cameron began his career at Billingsley Company, a private real estate development firm, where he managed over 2 million square feet of retail and industrial holdings. Later, he served as a top producer at CBRE’s DFW Retail Investment Group.

Since arriving at Davidson Bogel in 2016, Cameron has completed $200 million in investment, land, office, retail, and multi-family sales. Committed to customer service, Deptula is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He graduated from Texas Christian University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in finance with minors in accounting, real estate, and energy.

Cameron is engaged to be married to his lovely fiancé, Lauren, and enjoys traveling.
