About Ryan Turner
Ryan Turner is a Senior Associate at Davidson Bogel Real Estate (“DB2RE”). Ryan joined the company upon graduation from college and worked alongside the Managing Partners, David, and Edward, since the firm’s inception in 2015. Ryan specializes in the management and transaction of the company’s suburban land portfolio and procures new land development opportunities for the company’s clients.
While Ryan’s initial responsibilities primarily focused on transacting many of the company’s grocery-anchored retail pad assignments, he has evolved his role and become an integral part of the firm’s exponential growth over the past several years. Ryan’s land expertise has expanded to comprise various product types, including industrial, single and multi-family, build-to-rent, office, retail pad sites, and investment land. Ryan has taken the lead and executed over 90 transactions with an aggregate value of over $175 Million.
Before joining DB2RE, Ryan interned with the Investment Sales team at Venture Commercial. Ryan graduated in the Spring of 2016 from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Economics. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and golden retriever, Beau, and closely following the football career of his younger brother, Patrick, for the NC State Wolfpack.
